Dear NSPA Members,
At NSPA, we strive to create an awards ceremony where you and your staff can celebrate accomplishments, instill pride in a job well done and build momentum as you move forward. We realize portions of Saturday’s ceremony in Los Angeles fell short of those standards. For this, we are sorry.
We want to assure you that we are examining our processes and procedures to allow enough time to overcome any human error and technology glitches we may incur during the ceremony.
We know you expect nothing less than a stellar ceremony and we will work to make that happen. We are your loyal partners and we appreciate your talent, time and expertise. We welcome your feedback as we work with you to make NSPA stronger. Please send us your ideas.
