View the historic site of President John F. If you\u2019re up for a short drive, you can pick up a unique souvenir or get inspired for your next graphic design project.<\/p>\n<p>Need some quiet time? Explore the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dma.org\/\">Dallas Museum of Art<\/a><\/strong>, just a short walk from our convention hotel. Even better: General admission is free every day.<\/p>\n<p>Another option is the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/crowcollection.org\/\">Crow Collection of Asian Art<\/a><\/strong>, where you can look through 500 pieces of work from 3500 BC to the 20th century. And even if there\u2019s nothing going on, it\u2019s still worth a walk from the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Escape modern life (well, more or less) in the middle of this bustling city. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/dallasheritagevillage.blueervay.com\/\">Dallas Heritage Village<\/a><\/strong> offers group discounts for anyone wanting a taste of old times. See authentic, historic buildings, browse antique artifacts and look through old photographs and postcards.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re staying an extra day, you might explore the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dwazoo.com\/\">Dallas World Aquarium<\/a><\/strong> or the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dallaszoo.com\/\">Dallas Zoo<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 it\u2019d be a relaxing and interesting way to rest your mind after four days of learning.<\/p>\n<p>Want to relive your childhood? <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gotjump.com\/texas\/dallas\/\">Jumpstreet <\/a><\/strong>is a giant indoor trampoline park that is sure to help you burn off all that convention steam.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t registered for the convention, you can do so <a href=\"http:\/\/dallas.journalismconvention.org\/\">here<\/a>.
