Huppert

Boyd Huppert, a Wisconsin native, is a visual storyteller. As a reporter at KARE-TV in the Twin Cities, he’s been honored with a national Emmy, 12 national Edward R. Murrow Awards and multiple Sigma Delta Chi, Gabriel and National Headliner awards.

The video below helped him win his ninth and tenth Edward R. Murrow Awards.

Scott Libin 5 p.m. Friday
Scott Libin, the Hubbard Senior Fellow at the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Mass Communications, was most recently V.P. of news and content at Internet Broadcasting. He has led newsrooms at WCCO-TV and KSTP-TV in the Twin Cities and WGHP-TV in Greensboro, N.C., was twice a full-time member of the resident faculty at the Poynter Institute. He has trained journalists from Newfoundland to South Africa to China.
Regina McCombs 11 a.m. Sunday
Regina McCombs, senior editor for visual news at Minnesota Public Radio News taught multimedia, mobile and social journalism for five years at the Poynter Institute. Earlier, she was senior producer for multimedia at StarTribune.com and a field producer and photographer at KARE-TV.
