ACP’s spring conference returns to San Francisco, and the setting will snap the winter’s chill.

Even better, it’s an on-site opportunity for sponsors to reach decision-makers in collegiate media.

With more than 100 learning sessions from experienced journalism professionals and advisers, the conference will give attendees that much-needed boost to conclude the academic year. We recommend that you have a packing slip both inside and outside of each  package. In addition, please send all packages prepaid and make sure to record  and bring the air bill or tracking numbers of all packages shipped to the hotel. 

Please do not ship any packages more than three days prior to your arrival.  

Delivery charges for boxes shipped to/from the hotel are according to the following scale:
