The National Scholastic Press Association is pleased to announce the hiring of Marisa Dobson as Contest and Critique Coordinator after a thorough search, which attracted dozens of applicants. Dobson most recently worked in nonprofit publishing, and she has experience in photography, design, writing and higher education public relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
Dobson brings her energy, experience, talents and skills to NSPA/ACP’s contest and critique areas. She began work June 25, and she will have among her priorities providing top-notch service to members and gathering feedback on how to improve NSPA/ACP programs.
